Level Placement Information

In our VAMP system, we have a Skills Tracker called VAST (Versatile Arts Skill Tracker) which allows teachers to report on where students are on a particular skill level.

Next to each skill you will see these letters:

W - Working on it / Taught
C - Complete (can do the skill but needs a demonstration before they remember it)
P - Proficient (knows the skill's name and can do it)

Students need 90% of letter P's to move to the next level class.

To review VAST

• Login to VAMP

• Under User Info go to My Skills Tracker

• Type your Student name

• Here you have the option of narrowing your view by discipline and level or you can view all at the same time

• Click Submit to view your skills report

Help! I'm a student and I can't access my account.

All registered students have an account in VAMP, but students under 18 have accounts managed by a parent or guardian. 

• To access your account, go to VAMP

• At the bottom you will click the link to Click to set up reset your password.

• Enter the email address your parent or guardian use to login and click submit

• This will prompt you to choose which user to reset, you will choose the student name.

• This will send an email to the parent email address with a temporary password

• Login to your account with the temporary password

• Go to Edit My Profile under User Info

• On this page you can change your phone number, email address, and username as well as other info to what you prefer.

• When you login the next time you can use your preferred email or username to login - to change your password use the links at the bottom of the login page.
