Studio Rental Policies and Procedures

 

Rental Requirements for All

• Renters must agree to the CC&DC renter’s agreement and the CC&DC anti-discrimination policy.

• All renters will be invoiced via PayPal.

• Renters will have access to the space for rehearsals or classes during their rented times only and not for personal training. Renters who would like to train at CC&DC may apply for CC&DC membership.

• Monthly renters will receive an invoice for their rentals on the 1st of each month, which may be corrected through the 7th of each month. We cannot accept changes to your invoice after the 7th.

• Monthly renters must agree to pay for each month’s rentals by the 13th of the following month.

• If payment has not been received 30 days from the due date, upcoming calendar reservations will be removed from the calendar, and no new reservations will be accepted until any outstanding payments are made.

• Renters must submit space rental requests at least 72 hours in advance.

• Renters must ensure that all of their participants have signed the CC&DC participation waiver.

• Renters must agree to abide by all CC&DC policies.

• Renters must have current CPR/First Aid certification.

• Renters must understand that they are personally liable for all of their classes and activities. CC&DC is not liable for any incidents that may occur during facility rentals.

 

Equipment

CC&DC provides some communal equipment that all instructors are welcome to use. That equipment includes mats, and general fitness props such as yoga blocks.

Beyond that, all instructors are responsible for providing their own equipment for their classes and activities. There is free storage space available at CC&DC for most equipment for renters who are regularly using space.

 

Advertise Your Class or Activity

CC&DC can help you advertise your class or activity through the following mechanisms.

1. The CC&DC newsletter is sent out monthly. Use this form link below to submit information about your classes/workshops.

2. The CC&DC Social Media allows you to submit information to make official announcement posts on the CC&DC Facebook and Instagram pages. You can submit information about you, your classes, and/or any public event or activity. Use the same form as the newsletter below.

3. Share on your own social media, adding @cltcirquedancenter as a collaborator or tagging @cltcirquedancenter in your social posts and stories.
